The Government are offering £150 off energy bills for the winter (up until March 2024). If on certain means tested benefits or type of pension credits. This is usually applied automatically and people should receive a letter between Oct 2023 - Jan 2024. If someone doesn’t get a letter more info can be found in the link for eligibility criteria.
