Skatepark Improvements

We have awarded the skatepark design and build contract to Bendcrete Skateparks. Bendcrete has been creating skateparks for over 24 years and has constructed hundreds of parks in that time.

Bendcrete have almost completed the Ramsey Road skatepark in Halstead and it will be open from 28 June 2024. Work on the additional play items and calisthenics equipment has started, so the play area is closed.

Work on Weavers Park skatepark started on 26 June 2024. There will be access to the rest of the park whilst the skatepark is constructed.

We are hoping that work on the Spa Road skatepark will commence in August, but we will keep this page updated with news.
